Keeping Gireviks Swinging Since 2004
We believe in curriculum based progressive classes that prioritize physical literacy and skill over senseless volume and inappropriate loads. We develop the object manipulation skills associated with kettlebell lifting and the biomotor abilities of endurance, strength, power, mobility, and stability.
All classes are 6-7pm at Chelsea Studios (151 west 26th street, 6th fl.)
Cycle A – January 23 – February 10 choose 1x, 2x, or 3x/week.
Boot Camp Mondays, Indian Clubs Wednesday, Sports Camp Fridays.
Cycle B – February 13 – March 3 choose 1x, 2x, or 3x/week.
Sports Camp Mondays, Indian Clubs Wednesday, Boot Camp Fridays.
