All classes are 6-7pm at Chelsea Studios (151 west 26th street, 6th fl.)

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays – June 12, 14,16, 19, 21, 23, 26, 28, 30.
You can choose 1x, 2x, or 3x per week.
Competition Style Lifting on Mondays, Fitness Training on Wednesdays and Fridays.
