Indian Clubs & Wands

Wednesdays this winter (2017) will be dedicated to recovery, mobility and stability using Indian Clubs and Wands. Along with dumbbells and medicine balls, Indian Clubs and Wands comprised the Four Horsemen of the golden age of American physical education. These classes are a great means for keeping the shoulders healthy by building mobility and stability as well as coordination, endurance and skill. Join us on Wednesdays only or for three classes a week for a well rounded, progressive, curriculum based program.
