Sports camp is for those interested in learning and practicing techniques of girevoy (kettlebell) sport. Competition lifts of Snatch, Jerk, and Long Cycle (clean and jerk) will be practiced to build work capacity and achieve rank in kettlebell sport leagues. Sport Camp can be taken along with Bootcamp as part of a 2x or 3x per week package. Sports camp participants must have permission from the coach before registering.
