TOP SECRET STRENGTH CAMP
Curriculum based training means that each week of the Strength Camp cycle teaches new skills and trains different components of fitness. We will build on the previous week’s foundation to develop higher levels of Physical Literacy and Movement Skill.
Training the BRAIN and the BODY is the ultimate goal of each program cycle. Developing Physical Literacy requires training Locomotion, Body Management, and Object Manipulation Skills. In addition to developing the Biomotor Abilities of Strength, Power, Endurance, Mobility, Stability, and Flexibility. The emphasis in this class is STRENGTH.
Primitive Movements, In-cadence Calisthenics, Gymnastics, Kettlebells, Pull-Ups, Sand Bags, Ropes.
